Shipping
Shipments are sent via Canada Post and require a signature upon delivery. Canada Post may leave a Delivery Notice Card for multifamily dwellings (i.e. apartments and condominiums). We do not ship to international forwarding companies.
All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canada
Costs for shipping within Canada are:
- $1 - $149.99 CAD = $15.95
- $150 - 299.99 CAD = $20.95
- $300+ CAD = Free Shipping!.
Canadian orders are shipped Canada Post Expedited service.
We can only ship to a P.O Box if it is your billing address or a PayPal confirmed shipping address.
United States
Costs for shipping to the U.S. are:
- $1 - 149.99 CAD = $29.95 CAD
- $150 - $299.99 = $38.95 CAD
- $300 - $699.99 = $45.95 CAD
- $700+ = Free Shipping!
US orders are shipped Canada Post Xpresspost USA service. Orders may be delayed by US customs. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply information about these delays.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any US duties and taxes that may be due upon delivery. Merchandise may be imported into the USA free of duties and taxes if valued below $800 USD. Orders are declared at full purchase value and we cannot label orders as gifts.
International
Costs for shipping internationally are:
- $1 - 349.99 CAD = $64.95 CAD
- $350 - $699.99 CAD = $84.95 CAD
- $700 CAD and up = $99.95 CAD
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any duties and taxes assessed by the destination country.
International orders are shipped via Canada Post XpressPost.
International orders may be further delayed by destination country customs. These delays are beyond our control and we are unable to supply details when an item is held in customs.
