In-Store Pick Up Instructions
Note some discounted items may not be available for in-store pickup.
- At checkout, select "In-Store Pickup" as your Shipping method.
- You will receive three separate emails:
- An initial Order Confirmation email letting you know we received your order.
- An In-Store Pickup Stock Confirmation when your order inventory has been confirmed.
- An Order Ready for Pickup notification one the order has been set aside at the requested gravitypope location.
- Head in-store and present the following to one of our associates for verification so they can release the order:
- Your online order number.
- The credit card used to pay for the online order.
- Your valid photo identification.
- After the product has been picked up, you will receive a successful order delivery email.
Important Information
- Photo ID and credit card must match the online order.
- Pick up confirmation may be delayed due to inventory location. If your item(s) are not available in your city, they will be transferred to your pick-up location free of charge.
- In-store pick up in Edmonton and Calgary is subject to the City's Paper Bag Fees of $0.15.
- In-store pick up in Vancouver is subject to the City of Vancouver's Paper Bag Fee of $0.25.
