The discerning Edmonton shopper will not be disappointed to find the best in clothing, accessories and apothecary in an elevated and compelling new space!

Keeping with the gravitypope commitment to fine design, Peter and Wendy Turner of the Artworks designed the new interior which was inspired by Scandinavian Industrial Design; bringing warmth, functionality and a refined elegance into a space that once was home to a bank. The entrance showcases an eye-catching minimalist Flos ring light from designer Michael Anastassiades’s Arrangements series.  A calm nordic aesthetic is accentuated by white-washed oak walls and jewelry cases and a graceful tambour panelled counter, contrasted by exposed I-beams and a polished concrete floor. Parallel rows of Lee Broom’s sliced Crescent Lights direct attention towards photographer James Welling’s ‘Glass House Spring Reflections’ digital mural on the back wall. This stunning abstract image of a saturated nature scene is a focal point of the new location. The image is further embellished by 5 saucer lights from the 1950’s and an acidic luminance radiating from the raw blown out entry of the pre- existing bank vault.

Beloved fixtures from the previous gravitypope Tailored Goods location including the 1908 Toronto library shelving and cast-iron Parisian tables bring history and industrial elements into the new gravitypope home.
