Red Wing
Established in 1905 by Charles H Beckman in Red Wing, Minnesota, Red Wing Shoes has adhered to the following principles: quality, craftsmanship, durability and comfort.
Surviving two world wars and the Great Depression, Red Wing Shoes produced boots for the US military and became a favorite for a country busy returning to work after the war.
Red Wing now operates its heritage line solely out of their US factories and the leathers are supplied by one of only two remaining leather tanneries in the USA. All Red Wing heritage product is made in the USA from start to finish and provides employment for the people in Red Wing, Minnesota. Due to the longevity of the brand and their proximity to production, Red Wing designers are able to look through their archives to find old recipes to dye leathers and still produce them exactly the same today as 50-100 years ago in their factories.
All Red Wing boots at gravitypope are handmade in the USA.
