This season we asked Calgary-based illustrator Kyle Metcalf to create his interpretation of the Beams spring/summer collection. The renowned Japanese label has been re-imagining classic Americana style since 1999, and remains one of gravitypope's most anticipated deliveries season after season. Their timeless collections are an expression of original vintage-inspired pieces and accessories in fun prints and boxy designs. Beams is not merely about revival or nostalgia, but instead a pursuit of authenticity in the next generation of casual wear.
